It's finished!

Finally, I can get back to ironing (that has taken over an entire couch, folding stuff included). I finished it off, and know what to do next time- BUY ONE! No, I don't want to scare anyone off, but there wasn't much fun in this project, it definitely didn't go quick enough.

I completely forgot about over locking the edges, having broken some needles on the chenille the other night and haven't gotten around to fixing them yet. Had heaps of this bias I made ages ago, it worked a treat.

Having gotten that out of the way, I started another project (of course). I have heaps of plain chenille I can't bear to throw out, so I decided to start this process- dyeing!
It goes in here.....

And comes out here....

I am doing a swap with another chenille lover and it has spurred me on to do another patchwork blankie style thingy for Little Miss.
Here she is here with a little friend at the Collingwood Children's Farm today.

Now see, according to my rules, now that you've completed the chore you get to do something totally fun. Like dying chenille for example.

You're a dedicated craftster - well done! I would have given up and bought one, but then it wouldn't look as fab as yours.
